Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 14 to 31 business days depending on the destination.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we only offer standard shipping. We're working on adding faster options in the future!

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be uploaded as soon as it's available. You can check your order status any time by visiting our Track Your Order page.


Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How do I start a return?
To begin a return, please reach out to our support team with your order number and reason for the return. We'll guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

I made a mistake in my shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately! If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Are your products under warranty?
Yes, most of our tech products come with a 1-year limited warranty. Please refer to the product page or contact us for warranty details.

The product I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
